Environment settings Unzip the MCP Agentic file. Open Terminal / Command Prompt in the extracted folder and execute the commands: Bash npm install # Install all dependent libraries npm link # Register global MCP commands (can be used in any directory on the machine) 2. Configure environment variables (.env) Copy the .env.example file and rename it to .env. Configure parameters in the .env file: SECRET_TOKEN: Enter your Notion account Bearer Token for authentication. (Optional) CF_TUNNEL_TOKEN: Enter Cloudflare Tunnel Token if you want to create a tunnel with your own domain name (Go to Cloudflare Zero Trust -> Tunnels -> Add a Tunnel -> Name -> Save and copy the connector string as eyJ...). (Optional) CF_TUNNEL_HOSTNAME: Fill in the domain name assigned to the Tunnel (For example: mcp.domain.com). 💡 Note: If you do not use your own domain name or do not need to create a Cloudflare Tunnel, you can skip the step of setting the CF_TUNNEL_* variables. 3. Launch & Configuration Tips Check the "bin" attribute in the package.json file for the name of the command that opens MCP (default is mcp or mcp-remote-agent).
